Due Diligence
We perform intensive, hands-on due diligence, on an asset-by-asset basis, to fully evaluate investment risks and opportunities. AmeriFirst will closely study each asset, from vacancy rates and market characteristics to cash flow and underlying loan characteristics. Through this exhaustive "from the ground up" due diligence, we are able to provide the client with a “path to cash.”
Private Wealth
Passive clients with multiple properties are welcome to retain AmeriFirst for asset management services for single or on multiple continent locations. AmeriFirst provides complete “turn key” services which insure complete client anonymity. Assets can include income properties, island estates, private estuaries, ranch holdings and politically sensitive assets.
Commercial Real Estate Workout/Restructure Services
Through a network of private equity funds AmeriFirst can reposition your property by one or some of the following: obtaining a dept service moratorium, request an interest rate reduction, increase the amortization or refinance with private equity funds. Other services may include isolating the asset and other protection services.
