Mr. McGregor
is an educated, highly experienced professional employing over
25 years of progressive accomplishments in commercial development,
asset management and finance. Mr. McGregor earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis
in Real Estate and Urban Land Planning from the University of
Florida.
Mr. McGregor
is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a Florida Mortgage
Broker and has held a Florida General Contractors license. In
addition, he has had a senior designation from the Appraisal
Institute.
As an Asset
Manager he successfully managed a portfolio of over 2,200,000
square feet of income properties and 6,600 acres of ranch land
and development property. In addition, he managed a staff of
14 and completed major repairs and tenant finishes.
For the
past eleven years, Mr. McGregor has been the president and CEO
of Amerifirst Capital Group,
LLC. He has concentrated his time in commercial real estate
finance and in the development of business parks for the professional
trades and small skilled business.
Mr. McGregor
is the co-developer of the Wilson
Commerce Center in Casselberry, Florida. The 23,400 square
foot development leased up in 140 days with contract rents higher
than proforma. This excellent achievement was obtained without
using free rent. The swift absorption is attributable to developing
the right product for the market and the construction aesthetics.
